Zhongding ZDP vertical shaft i***ct crusher (namely, sand making machine) is the specialized machine with international advanced level. It is widely used for artificial sand, in metal and non-metal ores, cement, refractory material, bauxite, silicon carbide, glass material, building material. The finished sand has even particle size, high compressive strength, and high-purity.
The stones fall from the top of the machine, and then it is divided into two parts by material-dividing plate. One enters into high-speed rotating impellor through the center of material-dividing plate. The other falls down from outside of material-dividing plate. Under the action of the high speed centrifugal force, the stones crushed the others distributed around the impeller in the form of umbrella. After the stones i***ct each other, the eddying motion is formed between the impeller and main case to bring about many times' mutual i***cting, rubbing, and crushing till the granularity required is achieved.
